OperoGuide supports a wide range of document formats including PDF, DOCX, DOC, TXT, HTML, and Markdown files. For best results, we recommend PDF or DOCX format. Maximum file size is 50MB per document.

All subscriptions have a 12-month minimum term. To cancel, you must provide written notice at least 3 months before the end of your current term. If not cancelled, the contract automatically renews for another 12 months. See our Terms of Service for full details.

Yes! The number of collections depends on your plan (1-25 collections). Collections allow you to organize documents by topic, department, or module. Users can be assigned to specific collections for targeted access.

All data is stored on IONOS servers in Germany and is fully GDPR compliant. Documents are encrypted at rest and in transit (TLS 1.3). Your data is never used to train AI models. We implement industry-standard security measures including access controls and audit logging.
